Stanley Bostitch Screwmatic Display:

When Davis Partners needed to develop a store display for Stanley Bostitch for a new piece of equipment, Atlas was there. This project had a lot of safety and security requirements since it was being used at the store level, and holding an expensive piece of equipment. Atlas printed the header on an offset press and film laminated the sheet, then the sheet was mounted to masonite in order to keep the cost of materials down. Masonite is much less expensive than any of the plastic boards that are available. The base was machined out of particle board and cover with high pressure laminate. Custom metal brackets were fashioned that recessed into the bottom of the board and held the header vertically. Steel wire was fabricated and painted to hold the tool at the proper viewing angle, and a wire cable “leash” was included as a theft deterent. The finished piece looks simple enough, but countless prototypes were made in order to determine the proper heights and angles of the various components.
