Sign Poles:

Not everyone gets to visit the North Pole, but did get to produce the poles in this Holiday sign program for HomeGoods! When fully assembled, these poles are 86” tall. Our task was to find a cost effective way to produce poles that could be easily shipped and easily assembled on site.

After many concepts were considered, we ended up printing these poles in two pieces on 18pt SBS. Careful scores, tabs and push pins form the flat sheets into the half cylinders shown. Pressure sensitive magnets were applied so that the poles could be applied to fixtures at in the stores. The signs on the pole tops were printed on litho sheets and mounted two sides to corrugated for rigidity.

The large sign in the foreground is 40 x 63 and litho printed on 24pt. mounted back to back.
